Chubb stands as a prominent leader in the realm of life insurance within the nation. My previous agency has been a long-term partner of Chubb, collaborating on a range of projects with their internal teams, and act as UX consultants and architects to provide a great online experience for their customers.
Our Process
We’ve designed multiple of Chubb’s online insurance tools, each beginning with research into user needs, pain points, and workflows to understand how customers engage with insurance applications. We map user journeys and develop wireframes to explore structure and flow, focusing on simplifying complex processes. Across all projects, we collaborated closely with the client through regular WIP sessions, feedback loops, and iterative reviews, ensuring each solution aligned with their goals.
The Outcome
Each project that we completed for Chubb delivered a seamless, intuitive experience for their users. They ensure that users can complete applications efficiently, with clear guidance at every step, while reducing errors and frustration.
